The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment as Guest Lecturer in M.A.History for the academic year 2004-2005 in the third respondent College, since the petitioner having teaching experience in the 2nd category or priority.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted by the respondents herein. The learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent also affirmed the same.
