GNANALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time for the compliance of the conditions imposed in the order dated 06.09.2019 made in Crl.MP.No.12811 of 2019 in Crl.RC.No.878 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from diabetes, is undergoing treatment and his doctor advised to take bed rest and hence he was unable to deposit the said amount and he would seek two weeks time to deposit the 50% of the cheque amount of Rs.1,75,000/-. 3.considering the said submissions, time for compliance of the conditions imposed in the order dated 06.09.2019, is extended by two weeks from today.
