O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to make suitable entries in the FMB, patta and other other revenue records in respect of the land situated in S.No.219/2A to the extent of 3.11 acres of the Patharahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

It is the case of the petitioner that 3.11 acres of the land in S.No.219/2A at Patharahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, was allotted to his share in the family partition dated 07.02.2012. However, in the revenue records, the extent of the property in the name of the petitioner was mentioned as 2.64 acres instead of 3.11 acres. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent on 27.05.2024 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
