This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.19770 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19770 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
