A.No.7687 of 2019 in C.S.No.373 of 2019 A.No.7687 of 2019 in C.S.No.373 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The present application has been filed by the applicant/2nd defendant to modify the order of this Court dated 21.06.2019 by recording the undertaking given by the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the 2nd defendant will try to settle the matter and filed an affidavit in support of the application stating that the applicant will not release the film without settling the amount due and payable to the respondents 1 and 2/ plaintiff and 1st defendant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/plaintiff submitted that he has no objection for the application being allowed.

4. In view of such undertaking made by the applicant, the order of this Court dated 21.06.2019 is modified. The applicant shall not release the film without settling the amount due payable to the respondents 1 and 2/ applicant and 1st defendant. Accordingly, the application is closed.
