CMP.No.23752 of 2024 in S.A.No.1464 of 2011 R.KALAIMATHI,J This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 and 4 as legal representatives of the 1st respondent Rajamani and rank them as respondents 4 and 5 in S.A.No.1464 of 2011.

2. Mr.N.Arivazhagan, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed respondents 4 and 5 and has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, CMP.No.23752 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.
