ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition was filed when the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal did not have a Chairperson. Now that, a Chairperson has been appointed and as stated by counsel for petitioner, has taken charge today, petitioner may move the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal for the same relief in the petition. The Chair Person shall hear the application of petitioner as early as possible in accordance with law. We make no observation on the merits of the matter.
