O R D E R

This revision is filed, seeking for a direction to the District Munsif, Tambaram for early disposal of O.S.No.56 of 2017.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that originally the suit was filed, seeking for mandatory injunction to remove the illegal encroachment. Subsequently, an application was filed to correct the name of the defendants and the same was allowed and summons were served against the defendants and the case is posted to 27.06.2023 for filing written statement by the defendant No.5. Other defendants have already filed written statement.

3. Considering the circumstances and the nature of the suit, the learned District Munsif, Tambaram is directed to fix specific date for filing of the written statement by the defendant No.5 and frame issues immediately thereafter and expedite the Trial and dispose of the same as quickly as possible not later than a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
