This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2019 vide CSR No.256 of 2019.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 18.10.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
