This petition has been filed to accept the cause title of the petitioner as ICIC Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., Motor III Party Claims Office, No.84-95, Wall Tax Road, Arihant Plaza, 2nd floor, Chennai, instead of Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Ltd.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we are inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
