ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13040 of 2015 dated 29.04.2015. This Court passed order as follows;

"2.Petitioner was appointed as a drawing teacher on 04.06.2007 by the 5th respondent school, a minority educational institution. Petitioner was appointed in the vacancy caused due to the retirement of a teacher. The school sent proposals as early as on 04.08.2008. Thereafter, it was again resubmitted on 09.01.2013. A representation was also made by the school dated 25.09.2014 to approve the appointment of the petitioner so as to get grant. But no order is passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

3.Since the petitioner was appointed in regular vacancy, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to a direction as sought for in the writ petition. Writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."

2. However, with reference to approval of appointment the issues are taken by way of the appeal in other cases before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and on account of length of time, the learned counsel for Petitioner made a submission that no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
