The petitioner herein has been granted anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 364, 394, 506(ii) IPC vide order dated 21.12.2022. The petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by 1/3

this Court that he neither surrender his passport nor furnish the sureties. After 3 years, the present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition.

2. This Court finds no reason to modify the condition at this point of time. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is cancelled for non-compliance with the condition.
