When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.F. No.D6/10776/2015, dated 30.12.2015 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings if he is so aggrieved, in accordance with law. No costs.
