These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 787 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant, T.R.Muthusamy in the appeal ; to set aside abatement ; and to bring the petitioners (1) Rasayammal, (2) Janaki, (3) Santhosh as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant, T.R.Muthusamy and ranked as appellants 3 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2. The respondents have no objection in allowing the above petitions.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay, this Court is convinced that petitioners have given satisfactory reasons to condone the delay.
