ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.1239 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner merely seeks expeditious disposal of the interlocutory application filed by him for impleading the sons of the 1st defendant in the suit in O.S.No.1239 of 2023 filed for specific performance. However, till date, the said impleading petition has not been entertained by the trial court and the same is kept pending.

4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also perused the materials placed on record.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.1239 of 2023 pending on its file, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.08.2025 skt Index : Yes / No Speaking order : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No To The Subordinate Judge, Ambattur.
