Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time granted by this court, dated 09.09.2019, made in Crl.O.P.No.12860/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.885/2019 for the further period of four weeks`. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since, the petitioner has been taken earnest steps to pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- however, due to his financial condition, he has unable to raise funds thereby, he would seek extension of time for making payment of Rs.10,00,000/-.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of three weeks from today and there will not be any further extension.
