Crl.M.P. No.13805 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.19724 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19724/2024 order dated 14.08.2024 viz., the petitioner shall report before the I Additional Special Judge, NDPS, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
