ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Assailing the order of the first respondent - State Level Scrutiny Committee dated 19 October 2015, whereunder, the petitioner's claim that he belongs to Scheduled Tribe Hindu Kattunayakan Community was found to be false, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the impugned order dated 19 October 2015 has been recalled. She would submit that the State Level Scrutiny Committee will examine the matter afresh in the light of the guidelines laid down by a Division Bench of this Court wherein one of us (Satish K.Agnihotri, J. ) was a Member, in G.Venkitasamy Vs. The Chairman, State Level Scrutiny Committee, Chennai1.

4.In view of the foregoing, according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
