Vide order dated 24.07.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.10074 of 2024, this Court suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the said condition as the petitioner is suffering from serious vision impairment.

2. In view of the above scenario, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

3. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 24.07.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.10074 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.282 of 2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on alternate Friday at 10.30 am. All other conditions remain unaltered.
