This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant to file the copies of the documents mentioned in the judges summons.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that notice has been issued to the respondents / defendants to produce the original copy of Survey Report of Technical Engineer, Auction catalogue for tender and letter of the first defendant fixing meeting and the affidavit of the plaintiff filed in W.P.No.23570 of 2019. The respondents having received notice, the documents have not been produced. Hence, seeks permission to file the xerox copies of the documents available with the applicant.

4. In such view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to file the documents available with him as secondary evidence and the same shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.

5. Post before the Additional Master IV for recording evidence on 15.11.2023.
