ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Poonamallee in C.M.P.No.3453 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 and take action on the complaint dated 04.02.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.812 of 2022, for the offences under Section 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
