The petitioner, by enclosing the documents, which according to it, are relevant, made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 17.06.2013, seeking renewal of permission to continue to run the school. As the said representation is pending with the 2nd respondent for more than 2 years, the present writ petition has been filed seeking to expedite the disposal of the representation.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
