This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21523 of 2024 on 05.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
