This petition has been filed to transpose the Criminal Revision Petition i.e.Crl.R.C.No.239 of 2018 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court as Criminal Appeal and set aside the order of acquittal dated 07.03.2017 in S.T.C.No.453 of 2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before the concerned Court.
