O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 296(b), 351(2) read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.106 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

According to the complaint, while the defacto complainant was regulating traffic, Ramanathan picked up a quarrel with him, called three of his friends to the spot and together they attacked the defacto complainant and left the place after threatening him with dire consequences. 3.

Considering the nature of the complaint, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
