The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus to call upon the production of the records relating to the order dated 13.09.2003 made in DCC.No.20 of 2002 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to punish the 2nd respondent for professional misconduct.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. There is a complaint given by the petitioner against the second respondent, which was dismissed by the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and against the said decision, the petitioner is before this Court.
