This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the FIR in Crime No.896 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajamangalam Police Station to any other near by police Station in this area for taking proper investigation and to file a final report at an early date in this matter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C No.7743 of 2017 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.
