This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 24.09.2025 disposed of the above Criminal Revision Case. However, he would submit that when the above petition was disposed of in terms of Joint Compromise Memo as well as Additional Joint Compromise memo, it was not mentioned in para 6 of the order of this court. Hence, he prayed to include the same and requested to issue fresh certified order copy.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order.

4. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to substitute para 6 of the order as follows :- "6.

In view of the above submissions and in terms of Joint Compromise Memo dated 07.03.2025 and Additional Joint Compromise Memo dated 10.03.2025, this Criminal Revision Case is settled out of court. The said Joint Compromise Memo 1/8

dated 07.03.2025 and the Additional Joint Compromise Memo dated 10.03.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order."

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the order of this Court in Crl.R.C.No. 1628 of 2024 dated 24.09.2025 and issue fresh certified order copy.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Criminal revision petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7.

2. Insofar as the respondents 2 and 3 are concerned, a Civil Suit in O.S.No.1676 of 2019 on the file of XV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, is pending and therefore, the complainant is inclined to withdraw the entire complaint to work out his remedy in the said suit.

3. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that before the Trial Court, the petitioner has filed a petition and later on, the same was converted as private compliant, which was dismissed on 02.09.2024. Against which, the petitioner has preferred this present petition.

4. Be that as it may, as on date, the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7.

5. Respondents 4 to 7 are appeared in person and they have been acknowledged the settlement.

6. In view of the above submissions and in terms of Joint Compromise Memo dated 07.03.2025, this Criminal Revision Case is settled out of Court. The said Joint Compromise Memo dated 07.03.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
