The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner/G.S.M.P.Khadri, died on 13.02.2022.

Therefore, the deceased/petitioner's wife has filed an implead petition to implead her as a petitioner in this Writ Petition.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the petitioner's affidavit in support of the petition, it is appropriate to allow the instant petition.

4. In the result, this petition is allowed.
