Both the applications have been filed to re-open the evidence of PW1 and to mark the schedule mentioned two documents i.e. affidavit and the Order passed by the Bombay High Court in IP(L) No.1465 of 2018 dated 03.12.2018.

2. The reasons assigned in the affidavit are satisfactorily. Accordingly, both the applications are ordered.

3. Post the matter before the learned Additional Master Court-I on 21.11.2019 for recording further evidence.

4. Post the matter before this court, after completing the evidence.
