The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation sent by the writ petitioner on 06.11.2015. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the pension has not been fixed as per the Government Orders issued in this regard. There is a difference in payment of pension and to rectify the same, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 06.11.2015. 3.In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is in relation to the fixation of pension in accordance with Government Orders, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 06.11.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
