The petitioner, P.Balasubramanian, joined the service of respondent Corporation as Record Clerk on 07.03.1983. Later on, he was retired from service on voluntary retirement scheme with effect from 08.02.2013.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was retired from service on 08.02.2013, till date he was not paid with terminal benefits. Therefore, he submitted a representation before the respondent on 23.02.2016. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannankumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
