ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the order passed in No.Na.Ka.1511/2011/R.1 dated 17.02.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Assistant Bar Tenderer in Shop No.3540 with back wages.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the present writ petition was filed against the dismissal of the petitioner from service vide order dated 17.02.2012. However, he submits that, subsequently, the dismissal order was revoked.
3. Since the dismissal of the petitioner from service was already revoked, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
