ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On our query, we are informed that the petitioner is a property agent. He seeks to raise the issue about the construction of a commercial complex in the school. He is not an expert in education nor connected with the school in any manner. Such a person cannot be permitted to raise the issue under the garb of public spirited person.
2. We may notice that as per the submission made in Court on behalf of the respondents what has been constructed is not even within the premises of the school. This, naturally, gives rise to suspicion that there is an oblique motive, especially keeping in mind the trade in which the petitioner is occupied.
3. The writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. No costs.
