This Sub Application has been filed to reopen of the above Contempt in Contempt Petition No. 1319 of 2021 which was closed on 04.03.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. This Court by its order in W.P.No.12462 of 2013 dated 20.07.2020 had issued a direction to the respondents to settle the eligible amount due to the petitioner within a period of four weeks and since the said order was not complied with, the Contempt Petition in Contempt No.1319 of 2021 was filed. During the hearing of the Contempt Petition, it was submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader, that the eligible amount was already paid to the petitioner on 17.02.2022 to the tune of Rs.8,85,131/- and recording the same, the contempt petition was closed on 04.03.2022. However being not satisfied

with the settled amount, the petitioner filed the present application to reopen the Contempt Petition.

4. Admittedly, the eligible amount due to the petitioner was paid by the respondents and if at all, the petitioner is not satisfied with the settled amount granted by the respondents, she has to file a fresh petition challenging the said amount and not to approach this Court by way of filing the present Sub Application.
