The petitioner, V.Rajendran, who suffered an order of dismissal from service on 28.04.2015, has preferred a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act on 08.05.2015 that was received by the first respondent on 11.05.2015.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that although the matter was fixed for hearing on 27.10.2015, no enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted by the first respondent and the hearing of the revision was invariably adjourned from time to time. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the pending revision and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
