Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent herein to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 09.09.2019 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 09.09.2019 in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

2.The petitioner filed appeal as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent on 09.09.2019 and it is pending without passing any order.

3. Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
