ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both sides' counsel suggested that the order passed by the Trial Court may be modified as 'on alternative Saturdays' instead of every Saturday between 2 and 5 p.m. 1/3

2. Therefore, in view of the submissions made by both sides' counsel, the order dated 18.08.2022 made in I.A. No.2 of 2021 in G.W.O.P. No.391 of 2021 on the file of Principal District Court, Tiruvallur is modified to the effect that the respondent is directed to produce the male child namely M. Geethaakshar to the petitioner at the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur on alternative saturdays between 2 and 5 p.m. in the presence of Senior staff of District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur. In respect of other conditions imposed in the said order of the Trial Court, shall stands confirmed.

3. With the above modifications, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
