Crl.M.P.No.16990 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16990 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21558 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21558 of 2022 by order dated 13.10.2022.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. One of the conditions imposed is that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would submit that the petitioners are the members of All India SC/ST Association of Indian Overseas Bank and the election of the association is scheduled to be held on 12.10.2022 at Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The petitioners being active office bearers of the association have to take part in the election. Therefore, he seeks suspension of the condition for a period of one week i.e., from 10.11.2022 to 17.11.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21558 of 2022 by the order dated 13.10.2022, is therefore suspended for one week i.e., from 10.11.2022 to 17.11.2022. The petitioners shall continue to comply with the conditions for the remaining period from 18.11.2022.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
