This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the restoration petition against the order dated 28.03.2025 made in W.P.No.9238 of 2021.

Heard Ms.M.Sneha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Najeesh Usman Khan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 106 days in filing the restoration petition against the order dated 28.03.2025 made in W.P.No.9238 of 2021 is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
