[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Aru.Saravanan, S/o.Arumugam, Hindu, aged 43 years, who has been branded as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.O.C.No.46/2019 dated 17.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in C.O.C.No.46/2019 dated 17.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4911, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
