ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.380/2021 in O.S.No.43/2006 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge Court, Kallakurichi, dated 03.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Revision and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
