ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have paid the retiral benefits to the petitioner and accordingly, complied with the order of this Court dated 01.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.30418 of 2016.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
