Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 17.09.2019, vide C.O.C.No.49/2019 against detenue Baburajan, son of Senapathi, aged about 30 years, and quash the same consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the deteneu who has been now detained under Act 14 of 1982 in Central Prison, Tiruchirappallli before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Baburajan, S/o.Senapathi, Hindu, aged 30 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.O.C.No.49/2019 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in C.O.C.No.49/2019 dated 17.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4912, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
