This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 05.11.2015, submitted by the petitioner herein, so as to enable the second respondent herein to rectify the mistake while calculating the revised pension on 16.04.2012, for the petitioner herein.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that as the last drawn salary of the petitioner was Rs.15,625/-, the respondents have wrongly calculated the same at Rs.15,170/- instead of Rs.15,625/-. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation dated 05.11.2015 to the first respondent to rectify the said mistake.

3.Although this Court has repeatedly asked the learned counsel for the petitioner to show the proof of the petitioner's last drawn salary, he is unable to show any proof. Therefore, this writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
