The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders in the revision petition dated Nil.03.2015, filed by the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner has suffered an order of dismissal dated 05.01.2015, the revision filed against the said order, requires to be disposed of in accordance with law.

3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents sought eight weeks time to dispose of the revision. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 5.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the pending revision and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
