KP 9.It is respectfully submitted that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, on 17.10.2024, the Sub Inspector of Police, have filed the final report against the accused before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar vide E-filing No.LTN20230000506C202400352 dated 17.10.2024 and the same was yet to be taken on file.
3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, to act upon the police report filed by the respondent in Crime No.240 of 2023, within a period of four weeks. 4.This contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. 18.10.2024 Index: Yes/No KP To 1.Mr.Jeyaraj Manikandan The Inspector of Police Anakkavour Police Station Tiruvannamalai District.
