O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience of the order dated 5/4/2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24625 of 2022.

2. It is represented by the learned Senior Panel counsel appearing for the respondents that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.3189 of 2024.

3. In such a view of the matter, this Contempt Petition has become infructuous and the same is closed.
