ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.08.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25198 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent corporation to pay 4% interest per annum for the belated payments of retirement benefits paid to the petitioner and to disburse the unpaid terminal benefits, if any, within a period of two months.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent disbursed all the retirement benefits to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 4% per annum. He also produced a calculation memo along with a copy of the cheque in respect of the petitioner, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
