When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders dated 06.08.2010 and 26.08.2010 passed in W.M.P.No.2 of 2010 in W.P.No.17883 of 2017 by passing an order dated 17.10.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in proceedings Na.Ka.No.2623/2017/A1.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had complied with the order of this Court.
